Working collaboratively with hotel leadership, residential management, property management, commercial tenants, ownership representatives, and public safety agencies, the Director develops proactive security strategies, supports operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety and accountability across the entire property. The Director of Security is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of all safety, security, and risk management programs supporting the mixed-use property, including Thompson Dallas, The National Residences, commercial tenants, parking facilities, loading areas, and all CAM-managed common areas.
