The Night Shipping and Receiving Lead will direct the night loading crew and serve as the primary after-hours contact for dock and transportation issues to ensure merchandise, loads, equipment, and vehicles are prepared for safe, accurate, and on-time transportation. Complete an end-of-shift dock inspection and provide a detailed handoff report to day management and Dispatch covering completed loads, outstanding orders, product shortages, vehicle service updates, and driver incidents.
