Identify, establish, and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, and payer orgs, including primary care group practices, specialty physicians, behavioral health organizations, hospital discharge teams, case management groups and other referral partners to increase patient referrals. The ideal candidate brings a unique perspective developed through experience across multiple areas of healthcare-such as clinical care, health plans/payers, risk bearing value based care, provider organizations, and business development-and understands how patients move through the behavioral health system.
