The Assistant Director works collaboratively across Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, Career Development, and Academic Support and Retention Programs to promote adoption of student success technologies, build institutional capacity for data-informed decision-making, and ensure campus stakeholders effectively leverage analytics and engagement data to improve student outcomes. The Assistant Director of Student Success Analytics and Engagement Technologies serves as a key leader in advancing Western Kentucky University''s student success, retention, and engagement initiatives through the effective implementation, utilization, and assessment of enterprise student success technologies, to ensure data-informed practices.
