In this role, you will oversee high-volume military moves awarded via third-party bid boards, coordinate crucial logistics with brokers and internal teams, manage a small team, and ensure top-tier execution of relocation services for those who serve. Team Management: Directly supervise and develop a small team of coordinators/specialists, assigning workload, setting performance expectations, and providing day-to-day guidance and coaching.
