The Manager, Transfer Access Center leads a twenty-four-seven (24/7) team and collaborates with physicians, Nursing Administrative Supervisor(s) (NAS), and hospital leaders to advance clinical excellence, patient and provider experience, workforce engagement, responsible growth, and financial stewardship. Oversees interfacility transfers, direct admissions, and centralized bed-placement processes, coordinating with physicians, NAS', hospital leaders, and clinical teams to facilitate placement based on clinical requirements, service capability, capacity, and established protocols.
