Assist assigned Underwriter(s) in resolving issues that surface with respect to individual accounts, including interfacing with Brokers and Members-Policyholder to resolve service issues; this may include identifying the issue, gathering information, obtaining a decision or action authorization, initiating corrective action, reporting action internally and externally as required, and monitoring satisfaction with implemented solution(s).
