Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Python platform supporting commodities investible indicesImplement new indices, strategies, as well as backtesting capabilities, and trading analyticsBuild scalable data pipelines, calculation components, controls, and monitoring toolsSupport the GCIP trading desk and resolve production, data, and calculation issuesImprove platform reliability, performance, testing, and maintainabilityWork closely with trading, structuring, sales, and technology to deliver business prioritiesWhat We Are Looking For:A strong degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, physics, quantitative finance, or a related fieldStrong Python programming and software development skillsExperience with structured development practices, including source control, testing, code review, and release processesRigorous problem-solving skills and strong attention to data quality and controlsAn interest in building and owning production-quality quantitative platformsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a business-facing, high-intensity environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with index, trading, risk, backtesting, or financial analytics platformsKnowledge of SQL, KDB+/Q, databases, APIs, or large-scale data processingUnderstanding of investible indices, systematic strategies, or commodity derivativesKnowledge of statistics, derivatives pricing, or financial engineeringExperience with production monitoring, reconciliation, and automated controlsMinimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or greater in related fieldShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
