Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with immigration petitions, applications, and case documentation, communicating with clients, tracking deadlines, preparing legal documents, managing correspondence with USCIS and other agencies, maintaining files, coordinating external services, processing invoices and expenses, and handling high-volume administrative tasks. Candidates should have legal or administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm or immigration law, strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
