Developing, optimizing, and validating biochemical and cell-based assays to support ongoing discovery projects In collaboration with senior research member, making detailed observations, analyzing data, and interpreting results Effectively supporting multiple projects and learning new techniques to support novel exploratory discovery work, as needed Presenting experimental findings, assay results, and scientific rationale clearly to internal project teams to support data-driven decision-making Utilizing data analysis software and MS Office applications Managing compound inventories and assay data Participating in general lab maintenance including reagent preparation, ordering of general lab supplies, and maintenance of equipment. Qualifications Include: Sc./M.S. or equivalent degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology, or relevant scientific discipline Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in industrial or academic settings, preference given to experience in a drug discovery setting Strong expertise in assay development, cell biology, virology, and molecular biology techniques, e.g.
