Decision rights: recommends site and portfolio capital priorities, project sequencing, technical solutions, procurement approaches and risk mitigations within approved governance; deploys contractor and vendor resources within delegated authority and requires corrective action for non-compliant, unsafe or poor-quality work; escalates material technical, financial, regulatory, security, operational or business-continuity risks to the Senior Manager and appropriate governance forums. Design-to-delivery integration: Partner with the Workplace Design Lead, Colleague Experience Design and the Manager, PX, GWE, Site Works, Design Execution from early planning, bringing buildability, lifecycle cost and building-systems input into design decisions, so that design intent is delivered and spaces are activated with minimal disruption to colleagues.
