Oversee and manage property management software systems (Yardi, Building Link, etc.), for all work orders, repairs, turns, purchasing, Incident or Accident Reports, inventory, asset tracking, etc. and pull weekly reports for the property to ensure all are up to date, followed up on, accurate and there are no pending items other than normal, day to day maintenance activities.
