Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have at least 2+ years of oncology experience, with proficiency in making VNA/Hospice/DME referrals, coordinating referrals to specialists, setting up imaging and IR procedures, and obtaining authorization for oral chemotherapy drugs. Candidates must have recent experience working closely with physicians and patients in an outpatient oncology setting, understanding symptom management, and demonstrating excellent computer and telephone triage skills.
