Working alongside experienced Pre-Construction Managers, engineers, estimators, project managers, and field leaders, you will help evaluate mechanical systems, develop conceptual designs, identify project scope, prepare budgets and estimates, and create solutions that balance performance, constructability, cost, and client objectives. Essential Job Function: Conceptual Engineering and Technical Analysis Support project pursuits by developing conceptual mechanical designs, one-line diagrams, preliminary system selections, zone maps, and distribution-system concepts.
