Responsibilities: Responsibilities Provide real-time medical scribing during patient encounters, accurately capturing the history of present illness (HPI), review of systems, ophthalmic examination findings, assessments, diagnoses, medical decision-making, and treatment plans to allow providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of ophthalmic diseases, injection workflows, OCT imaging, fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, visual field testing, and other ophthalmic diagnostic modalities, with the ability to accurately document ophthalmic -specific findings and treatment plans.
