The Opportunity: The Assistant General Counsel will provide general legal support for the Pro Builder business of LG Electronics USA (LGEUS) which sells and installs home appliances and other products in new home and other residential construction projects. Draft, review, and support negotiation of various types of complex sales, installation, construction, services, and other agreements, including agreements with home builders, distributors, vendors, and other parties related to the Pro Builder business.
