ul>Serve as conduit for Clinical/Disease Center Leadership with DF/BWCC, Clinical Planning and Network Operations, and all Satellite and Affiliating Organizations to ensure alignment of vision and strategic initiatives and collaboration; Routinely monitor and address new patient access metrics; Review all Clinical Statistics Reports and report out to Clinical/Disease Center Leadership on annual clinical growth and alignment with Institutional goals; Establish and maintain rapport with appropriate Development contact and stay apprised of gift intention; Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on new service lines or research developments; Facilitate patient and provider symposiums; Oversee and execute new programs and service lines. - Serve as primary point of contact in resolving staff and care delivery issues that arise;

- Facilitate communication and build rapport across Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology;
- Routinely review patient feedback with Clinical/Disease Center Leadership and adjust processes as appropriate.
