The technician will be responsible for preparing workstations for end users by installing monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, webcams, headsets, network connections, and other approved peripherals. This is a hands-on onsite role requiring good knowledge of workstation hardware, peripherals, docking stations, display configurations, wired networking, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and structured cable management.
