Conduct routine jobsite meetings/visits with General Foreman and Foreman to review means and methods, schedule status, help with problem solving of day-to-day challenges, management of sub-subcontractors, and coordination with other subcontractors to make / coordinate cost-effective decisions regarding manpower, equipment, and material. Participate in Pre-Mobilization Meetings (preconstruction-to-construction hand-off) to ensure accurate and high-quality designs and plans have been established, identifying any issues pertaining to constructability, schedule, materials, labor capability/availability, site logistics, crane-pick locations, etc.
