This person should be comfortable performing PMs, troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, using BAS/BMS systems, documenting work accurately, communicating with customers, coordinating with vendors, and protecting uptime in live critical environments. This position is designed for an experienced HVAC journeyman who can work independently, support critical facility operations, communicate effectively with customers and leadership, and help ensure mechanical systems operate safely and reliably.
