This position is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of facilities support services, including maintenance operations, work control, staffing, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and customer communication. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
