Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, performs custodial maintenance duties including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms, and other similar duties. exposure to heat, noise, outdoors, vibration, confining work space, chemicals, dust, mechanical hazards, and electrical hazards; ability to travel to different sites and locations; availability for on call, stand-by, and emergency call.
