The Production Control Supervisor provides leadership for Leader Tech’s production planning, scheduling, and purchasing functions, with responsibility for delivery performance, material readiness, capacity alignment, and the effectiveness of departmental processes. Apply Lean principles and root-cause analysis to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce delays, recurring errors, and process waste, and support corrective actions for recurring NCRs and quality issues while maintaining alignment with applicable AS9100, ISO, customer, and company requirements.
