The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within at Store #3365, located at: 614 Green Bay Rd Kenilworth, IL 60043 This candidate will also be expected to spend 20% of their time at the following locations: Glenview Store 3720 and Evanston Store 3704. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every child and parent. facility, including through gym areas with equipment, and occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, furniture, or supplies (typically up to approximately 40 pounds, with assistance available for heavier items).
- Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and in professional attire.
- Ensure knowledge of personnel whereabouts and maintain exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedure for guests and on-site staff.
