Experience supporting one or more of the following security domains: o Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), VPN, or Secure Remote Access o Email Security o PKI and Certificate Management o Web Application Security o Microsegmentation o Endpoint Security and Privileged Access Management • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Mimecast, Illumio, F5 WAF, DigiCert, CyberArk PKI, CyberArk EPM, or similar enterprise security platforms. The role focuses on incident resolution, vulnerability management, certificate lifecycle management, security operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability, compliance, and operational effectiveness of security services in a large enterprise environment.
