Familiarity with metrology tools (automated recipe, critical dimension, CD-SEM, ellipsometry) and characterization equipment (Microscopy, XRF, XRF, SEM, ICP, FIB, CMM, etc.) would be a plus, with a strong desire to learn new techniques during the development stage. Support inline tool calibrations, monitor tool health monitoring dashboards, report and resolve tool downtime, calibration issues, and develop OCAP procedures and PFMEA, and train production and maintenance technicians.
