In partnership with Palomar Health Patient Financial Services (PFS), Health Information Management (HIM), Clinical Resource Management (CRM) and Financial Services,, the Administrator is responsible for the management, coordination, planning and evaluation of the functions and activities throughout the skilled nursing/long term care facility related to patient trust, patient access, billing, coding, collection, medical records and support services. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of care/services delivered, billing and support services deliverables, ensuring quality programs, providing a level of customer service that strives to exceed internal and external customer expectations, and developing strong relationships with skilled nursing customers.
