Promote and prepare any administrative needs for youth-related programs and be present to assist at these programs as needed during the off-camp This includes, but is not limited to, divisional music and art classes, Corps Cadet encampment, youth councils, young adult retreats, and family camp weekends. Because this position includes direct responsibility for Christian youth programming, discipleship, spiritual formation, and ministry leadership, the employee must demonstrate a personal commitment to the Christian faith and an ability to support and advance the mission of The Salvation Army while attending a corps within The Southern New England Division.
