During your shift, you will be working with your Club Manager and other Lead Service Specialists to assist customers (guests) with joining the gym, helping current members with membership issues, showing a “happy to help” attitude when members and guests have questions or concerns, and teaming up with the Service Specialist team to ensure great service and the cleanest gym ever! You will work as a team to reach club goals in various joining metrics and learn how to become an effective sales person (not that pushy car salesperson you always hear about) but a true professional that is happy to help, encouraging, and eager to guide our customers to choosing a healthier lifestyle.
