The COO works collaboratively with the CEO, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and other organizational leaders to advance strategic initiatives, achieve operational excellence, maintain regulatory compliance, improve patient outcomes, and fulfill the organization's mission of serving underserved populations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO provides leadership for clinical operations, patient access, support services, quality improvement initiatives, and administrative functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
