Job Summary: The Assistant Manager, Ski & Ride School (Competition Services & Administration) supports the overall operation of the Ski & Ride School through leadership of staff, oversight of competition services, and management of departmental administrative functions. The role coordinates race and competition programming, staffing, scheduling, budgets, payroll support, and operational resources while serving as a key liaison between guests, athletes, coaches, parents, and resort departments.
