Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Under the supervision of the Director of Rural Health Transformation, the Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director and Rural Health Transformation leadership team in support of Virginia’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), a five-year, approximately $1 billion federally funded initiative to transform Virginia’s rural health care landscape. From July 1, 2026, through January 21, 2029, applicants who were involuntarily separated from employment with the Federal Government on or after January 1, 2025, due to a reduction in force, budget reduction, or workforce restructuring initiative may be eligible for HB494 Federal Employee Priority Consideration.
