The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality, cost effective maintenance services to internal customers and ultimately responsible for all harbor maintenance services including client reporting and customer satisfaction, budget management and financial performance, preventive and predictive maintenance of all equipment and technical operations, and related procurement and contracting activities. Please describe your experience using operational data (timecards, work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment metrics) to assess staffing, workload, and productivity, and how those insights informed budget planning, cost control, overtime management, contractor spending, and executive reporting of performance and financial risks.
