A typical day includes passing AM, Noon and 4PM meds, triaging medical concerns and consulting with the Nurse Manager, prompting clients to wake up and get dressed for the day, sometimes coaching the clients along the way, directing clients to adhere to their daily schedule, supervising client interactions, monitoring meals, orienting new admissions, and providing general oversight of the unit to ensure a safe and serene environment.
