Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS certification Must-Have: Med/Surg experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IVs, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes. Equipment used on the unit includes IV pumps, telemetry, SCDs, continuous pulse oximeters, feeding pumps, PCA, EKG machines, and bladder scanners.
