2.) Student Advising: Maintain regional expertise, cultural proficiency, and programmatic knowledge in an assigned portfolio of faculty-led global experiences; Handle a high volume of student communication and be able to provide direction and answers, as necessary; Maintain general knowledge of financial policies and processes to educate and advise students on how to finance their global experience; Advise students on student application process, monitor progress toward completing applications, changing in status, withdrawals, etc. 1.) Faculty-Led Program Development: Provide end-to-end support for an assigned portfolio of faculty in the proposal, design, and implementation stages; Communicate professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and with cross-functional teams to arrive at mutually agreeable and productive solutions; Assist faculty in creating effective marketing and recruitment strategies; Maintain accountability for budgeting with the Finance & Operations team.
