As an LPN with the VITAS Intensive Comfort Care (ICC) service, you will step in to provide one-to-one crisis care for hospice patients whose health challenges require high-intensity, highly engaged clinical supervision for a short period of time. Once a week, you'll visit the local program office to meet with an interdisciplinary team, including social workers, physicians, chaplains, and nurses, who collaborate to provide holistic support for the patients and families we serve.
