What You'll Do + Provide administrative support to the Engineering department across multiple projects + Assist the Quality Manager with reviewing, organizing, and maintaining quality management documents, inspection records, and project files + Assist with the preparation and tracking of submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation + Perform data entry and maintain project logs and tracking spreadsheets + Help compile and format quality management plans and project-specific documentation + Support document control processes to ensure project records are accurate and current + Assist with other engineering and project administration tasks as assigned What You'll Bring + Preference given to individuals currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Interest in construction, engineering, or project management + Self-starter who can work independently and ask the right questions Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
