About the RoleWe are a family‑owned concrete ready‑mix company seeking a sharp, dependable, detail‑oriented individual to join our team. This role supports both our Accounts Receivable/Dispatch/Payroll office and our Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping office, with cross‑training provided. The position also assists with residential rental management and general administrative support.This role will begin with cross‑training at several desks to help you learn our workflows, systems, and daily operations. As you become familiar with the office, the position will naturally transition into a more stable routine focused on administrative support, basic bookkeeping tasks, and assistance with rental property management. You will work closely with experienced team members who are patient, supportive, and committed to helping you succeed.After 3 months, office employees receive yardage pay in addition to hourly wages based on the total number of yards of concrete delivered. This performance‑based incentive has historically added a significant amount to total compensation.
