SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $120,000/Annually ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Recruitment Team Leadership Directly supervise Admissions Counselors and recruitment staff; set clear expectations for daily, weekly, and seasonal recruitment activity; and monitor performance against key performance indicators, including outreach, appointments, applications, admits, deposits, and enrollment. The position works closely with the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success, the Senior Director of Graduate and International Admissions, and the Director of Online Admissions, and partners with Marketing and Communications, Student Financial Services, Academic Affairs, and Student Success.
