This physician leader will oversee psychiatric urgent care and admissions operations, ensuring timely access to care, appropriate level-of-care determinations, safe patient placement, and delivery of consistent, high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services across the continuum of care. Working closely with the Senior Director of Access, Chief of Medical Staff, inpatient medical directors, and operational leaders, this individual will develop and implement clinical protocols, optimize patient throughput, and ensure patients are matched to the most appropriate level of care.
