You will lead a team of engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure effective maintenance activities and continuous operation of all building systems, with a strong emphasis on central plant operations and critical infrastructure, including chilled water systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, HVAC and controls, electrical distribution, emergency power systems, UPS/PDU systems, fire/life safety, plumbing, and other critical building systems. Strong central plant experience required, with demonstrated knowledge of chilled water systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, HVAC systems and controls, electrical distribution, emergency power systems, and associated critical infrastructure.
