Under the direction of the Palliative Care Manager, the Palliative Care RN - is responsible for individual patient/family assessment, facilitating patient care, performing patient and family education in conjunction with Palliative Care Physicians, ARNP's and other members of the palliative care team and the patient care team. Together, our 120,000 caregivers (all employees) serve in over 50 hospitals, over 1,000 clinics and a full range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
