The Real Property Agent will perform highly complex data and revenue analysis work related to airport property acquisitions, requests for proposals (RFP), leases, contracts, and other property management functions related to the airlines, concessions, general aviation, real estate, and ground transportation that directly affect the daily operations of the airport. Preferred qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Accredited Airport Executive (AAAE) certification, Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, California Real Estate License, Property Management certification, Commercial Real Estate certification, Deputy Purchasing Agent certification with the County, or other relevant industry certifications.
