This role is responsible for leading maintenance technicians, driving equipment reliability, supporting safe work practices, and ensuring building systems, material handling equipment, automation, and facility assets are maintained to support uninterrupted operations. The Supervisor partners with Operations, Safety, vendors, and Facilities leadership to prioritize work, reduce downtime, strengthen preventive maintenance execution, and develop technician capability through coaching, training, and clear performance expectations.
