Knowledge and competency in performing specialized and skilled maintenance in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool equipment and chemicals, painting, dry wall, welding, roofing, concrete/masonry, equipment operation and any other maintenance skills needs applicable. Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with team members, vendors, homeowners, and Community Managers to support property operations and deliver quality service.
