The Tenant Advocate will be involved in many aspects of the work of the EPGP program, such as case management, caseload management, mediation, ensuring grant/data compliance, and conducting community education and outreach at off-site locations. Travel for outreach activities, presentations, and/or escorting clients may be required at least 50% of the time using reliable transportation, traversing streets, ascending/descending stairs, and exposed to outside weather conditions.
