The Family Advocate focuses on engagement within the FEC, building sustained relationships, implementing communication and engagement strategies, and supporting families in strengthening protective factors and connecting to supports. The Community Liaison leads external outreach to promote equitable awareness of, and access to, the FEC, particularly seeking to reach new families who may be isolated or disconnected from support.
