Facilitate implementation of SPC (Statistical Process Control)Qualifications· Requiredo 3+ years of related Quality experience.o Working knowledge of military, defense, aerospace, and medical device specificationso Thorough knowledge of manufacturing process and quality systemso Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and externalo Capacity to work independently (must be self-motivated once given direction/guidance)o Ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel and obtain results within strict time frames· Preferredo Working knowledge of SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing techniques a pluso Proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointo Experience with or ability to learn programming and operation of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)o Experience in gauge R&R studieso Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline. Support internal QMS requirements around internal auditing, supplier quality, CAPAs, Management Review, complaints, etc.· Preventive Action / Right First Time Effortso Provide Quality Assurance support of PPAP/PFMEA requirements.o
