The role is accountable for identifying root cause, documenting technical findings, recommending disposition of nonconforming material, and providing actionable feedback to Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Quality, and R&D to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and test effectiveness. Independently performs board-level and component-level troubleshooting on analog, digital, RF, LASER, and electromechanical assemblies, including limited component replacement for diagnostic confirmation and failure isolation, to isolate failures to the component or circuit level.
